At Biz2rock India Solutions, we firmly believe that every domain name registered on behalf of a client is the sole property of that client.
Even when a domain is registered through our services and Domain Privacy Protection (WHOIS Privacy) is enabled, Biz2rock does not claim ownership, control, or proprietary rights over the domain. The client remains the legal and beneficial owner of the domain at all times.
Clients are free to:
• Access their domain management details.
• Transfer their domain to any registrar of their choice.
• Change hosting providers at any time.
• Update DNS records as per their business requirements.
• Request domain transfer, push, or ownership-related assistance whenever required.
Biz2rock will provide reasonable cooperation and technical assistance for domain transfers, registrar changes, DNS migrations, and ownership verification processes, subject to account verification and settlement of any outstanding service charges unrelated to the domain ownership itself.
We do not withhold domain access, deny ownership rights, or prevent a client from transferring their domain to another service provider.
Our role is limited to facilitating domain registration and management services on behalf of our clients while respecting their complete ownership rights.
Domain Name = Client Property.
Biz2rock = Service Provider & Technical Facilitator.
